“Which way you mean?! I can’t see where your pointing, because I’m looking at my kite” 😬😅 I’m always looking for ways to improve my coaching (seeing this picture made me chuckle a bit 😊): Evaluating my current methods as well as discovering and designing new ones. Kids have more time on their hands these days and some of them are spending their it very wisely by learning new skills like kiteboarding at Kite Coach.
I have several years of teaching experience with kids between 4 and 16, teaching gymnastics and swimming. Most of it translates perfectly to kiteboarding, which make sense when you think about it… and for this, I am very grateful. Why, you might think? Well, as much as I enjoyed the jobs that gave me this experience, I also did them seeing because they were my only options. There simply were no other jobs at that time! On top of that, I was doing them as a self employed professional in order make ends meet on the short term, which meant no social security either, which also meant that quitting wasn’t on the menu. In other words: it wasn’t a conscious choice to go through all that: it happened to me. Still, this time seems to have prepared me for everything that has come my way ever since made the conscious choice of founding Kite Coach.
Life happens and I’m loving it!!
