Kite Coach = Fair pricing
Booking a KC session means that you get exactly what you pay for: Coaching & Gear. Note that booking a double isn’t twice the price. After all, it’s still one kite and one coach, only now shared with a buddy. Sounds reasonable, right? Hold up, no package deals? Nope! A satisfied customer is a customer that returns and I feel confident about my coaching. Fair pricing also means setting realistic expectations. Everyone can learn kiteboarding, but each one’s learning curve is unique. I consider my job done when you are able to ride with confidence.
Coaching & Gear
That’s all you need, right? My prices include all the gear that you need to learn kiteboarding. All you need to do is meeting you Kite Coach on the spot, suit up & go. Prices are calculated according to the costs that I make. An extra person joining a session doesn’t cost me anything extra. Therefore, a double doesn’t costs twice as much. I only charge €5,- extra for the additional wearables. That’s it.
Paid by the hour
The reason I choose for an hourly fee, instead of offering package deals is simple: every customer is unique and so is their road to becoming confident riders. I don’t make promises, saying on the last day of the course, you will be able to ride both directions, buy your own set and continue practicing independently. Schools are more that often unable to deliver on their promises, causing massive disappointment among students. The majority of people taking such courses end up aborting their kiteboarding mission, thinking they don’t have enough talent. I’ve seen it happen too many times. No matter your age, background, physical condition, weight or height: you can learn kiteboarding. All it takes is determination, good spirits, a coach and time. It is my job to get to know you, in order to make an estimate of the amount of hours needed to accomplish your goals.
