Airtime for Kite Coach – Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Airtime for Kite Coach services (“Airtime”) provided by Kite Coach.
1. Usage:
- Airtime constitutes the time spent on Sessions with the Kite Coach from the setup of the kite until the disassembly of the setup.
2. Cancellations:
- Sessions cancelled due to unsuitable conditions will not be deducted from the customer’s Airtime.
- In case of illness or other unforeseen circumstances, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will not result in a deduction of Airtime.
- For last-minute cancellations, the Kite Coach reserves the right to deduct 0.5 hours of Airtime.
3. Sharing:
- Customers have the option to share their Airtime with others.
4. Validity:
- Airtime purchased is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
5. Expiry and Reinstatement:
- Airtime that has expired may be reinstated upon the purchase of additional Airtime.
6. Refunds:
- There shall be no refund for unused Airtime.
7. General:
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the customer and the Company regarding the use of Airtime and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
- The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
By purchasing and utilising Airtime for Kite Coach services, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms.
